Sergey Tanin returns to the Musikdorf Ernen for the final concert of the Piano Week 2024. The Géza Anda Prize winner's programme ranges from the classical sonatas of the Spanish composer Antonio Soler to the wild dance of the earth («The Earth: Her Dance») by the current composer in residence, Christian Mason. In addition, there will be playful and fiery music by Robert Schumann as well as the rarely played, highly energetic sonata by Samuel Barber.
