For his second programme, Krystian Adam brings music from his Polish homeland, outstanding works that have increasingly been heard on concert programmes in recent years.
These are joined by beautiful and impressive arias from Handel's oratorios from his early Italian period and from his most famous operas from his London period. The concert is rounded off by instrumental music by Fischer, Janitsch and Handel, some of which takes on typically French characteristics.
