Terms and Conditions

1. General remarks

All sales of products are final. For the purchase of tickets or season tickets by mail, phone or online we charge a handling fee of CHF 5.– (for orders up to CHF 100.–) or CHF 10.- (for orders over CHF 100.–). Please check that your postal address, phone number and email address are correct. We are not responsible if your order cannot be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address.

2. Prices

Prices are given in CHF (Swiss Francs).

3. Payment

The following credit cards are accepted for payment: Visa and Mastercard.

4. Return policy

Tickets and season tickets that have been already bought cannot be returned. If the concert is cancelled purchased tickets in advance can be returned to «Musikdorf Ernen» up to 60 days after the date mentioned on the ticket. Tickets taken back will be reimbursed in full, including booking fee. If the concert is postponed the tickets retain their validity. In case of event postponement, change of location or performer, etc. tickets are not returnable.

5. Returning tickets

For events which are sold out, we will accept tickets for resale on a commission basis. Our commission is 25% of the purchase price. Accounts are settled one month after the end of the Festival period. The costs of wire transfer are charged to the recipient. We can offer no assurance that returned tickets will be resold.

6. Duplicates

Where possible, we will provide duplicates for lost concert tickets. Such duplicates are handed out exclusively at the evening box office in Ernen.

7. Data privacy

All the information we receive with your order may be processed by us and used for advertising purposes. Purchasers agree with such data processing and usage of their data. We do not deal in customer data.

8. Safety policies

Internet payments will be processed directly by SIX Multipay AG, Zurich (Switzerland) using SSL technology. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet. We do not have any access to your credit card details.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The seat of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with ticket sales and the handling of events is Brig, Switzerland. Swiss substantive law applies.
